Wedding Kiss

WEDDING KISS was a Custom Commission for a newlywed and a patron on 18″ by 24″ primed Arches 300 LB Water Color Paper. The painting was a gift from the wife to the husband on the occasion of the first anniversary of their wedding to each other and on the occasion of the second marriage for both of them. I had as my reference a photo of them at the foot of a walking bridge in Pickett State National Park in Tennessee. I researched dozens of stock photos from the area to create the somewhat idealized background landscape for the picture and to recreate the bridge.
